The primary duties of the instructional aide involve supporting the classroom teacher in a wide variety of tasks including working individually, and in small and large group settings on the social, emotional, and academic development of our students. Other tasks include supervision at recess and when students are at lunch.
Interested candidates should possess a love for children and a willingness to support the classroom teacher in whatever is needed. Previous experience working with children is preferred and those with education-based credentials will receive preference. Possession of a positive, "can do" attitude is a necessity.
