Job Title: Appointment Setter – Hybrid

Location: Palm Desert, CA 92211 (Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $31.00 an hour

Power of Fitness in Palm Desert is seeking a highly motivated and professional Hybrid Appointment Setter to support our growing fitness operations team. This role involves contacting potential members, following up with leads, and scheduling appointments for tours, consultations, and membership discussions. You will help drive engagement by delivering a positive first impression and ensuring a smooth scheduling experience for all prospects.

Work in a hybrid role – 2 days a week in-office, 3 days a week from home.

We have immediate openings for Appointment Setters who are passionate about fitness, communication-driven, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Hybrid Duties:

• Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to prospective members to introduce services and schedule appointments.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries regarding memberships, pricing, programs, and facility information.
• Follow established scripts and guidelines while maintaining an engaging and friendly tone.
• Qualify leads and ensure appointments meet internal scheduling criteria.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, conversations, and scheduled appointments using internal CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the in-office team to coordinate appointment calendars, address scheduling conflicts, and follow up with prospects.
• Track and report lead engagement, appointment-setting metrics, and conversion performance to support improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus)
• Experience in appointment setting, sales support, customer service, or call center work preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a hybrid environment
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with high-volume outreach

Work Schedule:

Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.

Hybrid Structure:

2 days per week on-site at our Palm Desert location; remaining days remote.
