Be the Right Hand in Recovery: Assistant Administrator for Physical Rehab Facility

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting people on their road to recovery?

Valley View Health and Rehab is searching for a highly motivated Assistant Administrator to join our team! In this crucial role, you'll be the right hand to the Administrator, ensuring the smooth daily operations of our facility dedicated to helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Administrator in overseeing all aspects of the facility, including staff, patients, and operations.
2. Manage patient intake and scheduling, ensuring a seamless experience for new patients.
3. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all regulations.
4. Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and insurance companies.
5. Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
6. Oversee inventory management and equipment maintenance.
7. Prepare reports and manage budgets for the Administrator.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
9. Foster a positive and professional work environment for staff.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
2. Registered Nursing license
3. Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting or administrative role.
4. Strong understanding of physical rehabilitation principles and healthcare practices (a plus).
5. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a knack for spreadsheets.
7. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively.
8. A problem-solver with a proactive approach.
9. Compassionate and empathetic with a dedication to patient care.
