This hybrid position requires a blend of coffee knowledge and plating desserts prepared by the baking and pastry team. Key Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, specialty coffees, and teas
  • Operate, clean, and maintain all coffee equipment, including espresso machines and grinders
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace at the coffee bar and dessert station, including mugs, plates, and inventory.

• Dessert Plating & Presentation:
  • Plate and finish desserts with precision and consistency, adding garnishes like whipped cream, sauces, or glazes 
  • Ensure all display desserts are merchandised attractively in the bakery case or serving area.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines during preparation and plating.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or barista role is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in presentation and following recipes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a friendly, positive, and professional attitude is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining composure and quality standards.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for coffee, food, and providing exceptional customer service.
