At BP Warriors Therapy , we are passionate about delivering high-quality, individualized ABA services to children and individuals with varying abilities. As we expand our in-home therapy program, we’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in a remote/hybrid capacity.
This role is primarily remote with the opportunity to visit clients for in-home observations and assessments as needed. You’ll work closely with BHTs/RBTs and families to deliver high-impact ABA care while enjoying the flexibility of a work-from-home lifestyle.

Part-time: $75.00–$110.00 per hour
Full-time Salary: $75,000–$110,000 annually (based on experience, education, and training)
Bonus potential based on meeting weekly billable hour targets
Flexible remote/hybrid schedule
Ethical caseloads and supportive admin team
Up to 25 days PTO annually: 10 holidays, 10 PTO days, and 5 sick days
No non-compete agreement

Supervise and support RBTs providing in-home ABA therapy
Conduct behavioral assessments and skill evaluations
Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans
Communicate with families and conduct parent training sessions
Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions
Attend virtual team meetings and participate in ongoing training
Maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
Active BCBA certification from the BACB
Active Arizona BCBA license
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with individuals with special needs
