As a Carpet Cleaning Technician in Sterling, VA , you’ll be the face of Zerorez. You’ll deliver 5-star service as you clean carpets, upholstery, tile, hardwood, and more in homes and commercial buildings across a 35–40 mile radius of our office.
Drive to scheduled appointments in a company vehicle
Educate customers on our services and showcase your expertise
Operate heavy-duty cleaning equipment (you’ll be trained)
Keep a clean, organized work vehicle and gear

2–3 years of hands-on experience in carpet cleaning or similar service work
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to our Sterling, VA office (not public transit accessible)
High school diploma or equivalent
Able to lift and move 50+ lbs regularly and operate heavy equipment
Comfortable with physical labor and being on your feet all day
Strong communication skills in English
Willing to complete a background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screening
Customer-first attitude and professional appearance
IICRC certification is a strong plus, but not required
