About the Role:
As our Cash Management Specialist, you'll be the guardian of our financial transactions. You'll handle everything from remote deposits and wire transfers to check processing and reconciliations. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining accurate cash reports, ensuring timely payments, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve any banking-related issues.
What You'll Do:
Monitor and maintain bank balances across multiple accounts, preparing daily cash reports.
Track and notify relevant departments of incoming wires, ACH transfers, check deposits, and returned payments.
Upload daily bank reports and monthly bank statements.
Process daily transactions through the online banking platform.
Reconcile and confirm receipts.
Record banking transactions in relevant systems.
Manage cleared checks and handle void/reissued checks, including stop payments.
Process payments via wires, ACH, and checks.
Handle refund checks and rebates.
Perform remote check deposits.
Collaborate with the banking platform's helpdesk to resolve issues.
Communicate daily remittance details to relevant stakeholders.
Support additional tasks as assigned.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in cash management, corporate banking, or a similar finance role.
Experience with receipts and payment processing.
Proficiency in using online banking platforms.
Experience with ERP systems for transaction processing.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
