Job Title: Claims Subrogation Investigator

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Claims Subrogation Investigator to join our client to support property claims recovery and litigation efforts. This direct-hire role, based in Philadelphia, PA, offers a hybrid schedule and involves conducting investigative work to identify responsible parties, gather evidence, and prepare case documentation. The Claims Subrogation Investigator will collaborate closely with attorneys, experts, and clients to drive the claims process forward. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Compensation:
$55,000 – $57,000/year

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, standard business hours

Key Responsibilities of the Claims Subrogation Investigator:
• Conduct fact-finding investigations, gather evidence, and document findings to support subrogation and recovery cases.
• Accompany attorneys and experts to site inspections and coordinate with vendors for evidence collection and analysis.
• Identify potentially liable parties, draft notice letters, and maintain accurate case files and investigative reports.
• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, insurance companies, and external experts to support litigation strategies.
• Manage a high caseload while ensuring thorough follow-up, compliance with deadlines, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications and Skills for the Claims Subrogation Investigator:
• At least 2 years of experience in subrogation, claims investigation, or property-related insurance work (fire, water, wind, etc.).
• Familiarity with property and casualty claims processes; prior law firm experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple cases and shifting priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and collaborating with attorneys and clients.
• Comfort working in a traditional legal environment with conservative professional expectations.
