About the Role:

As an RN Clinical Manager/Field RN, you'll play a vital role in supervising and coordinating clinical services, providing and directing nursing care to patients in their homes. This is a hybrid position, with some days spent in the office and other days providing care in the field.

What You'll Do:

Provide clinical services within your scope of practice, following state laws and the plan of care, in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Receive referrals, assign clinicians, evaluate patient orders, and schedule start-of-care visits.
Coordinate patient home health benefits, determine medical necessity, and manage insurance approvals.
Continuously assess patient needs and ensure care is individualized, appropriate, meets home health eligibility criteria, and aligns with physician orders.
Review assessments and plans of care daily, provide consultations and recommendations to clinicians.
What You'll Need:

Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
Current CPR certification.
Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation.
This is not a remote position; it is a hybrid role requiring both office and field work in Waldorf, MD.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 82,320.00 Per Year
