COMMERCIAL BANKING MANAGER

The candidate for this position will be responsible for:

• Managing the process of new business development, including participating and/or leading calling efforts on existing and potential customers
• Managing the commercial banking team that services an existing portfolio of commercial loans, and other commercial services, to ensure all relationships are risk-rated appropriately and meet compliance and regulator policies
• Providing direction and support to the commercial lending staff to increase the effectiveness of the department and enhance individual performance
• Overseeing the origination process for all Tulsa commercial business loans for Oklahoma Fidelity Bank

Requirements for the position include:

• A Bachelor's degree (may be waived in lieu of experience)
• A minimum of 5 years of commercial credit and loan administration experience
• A minimum 5 years management/supervisory experience
• A proven track record in sales management
• A sharp business development focus demonstrating innovative approaches
• A strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to rapidly assimilate complex information
