As a Financial Service Representative , you'll be on the front lines of our client experience—providing prompt, professional, and solutions-focused support to our discount brokerage customers and internal broker team. This is a great opportunity to join a respected, growing financial services firm where your contribution matters. 💼 Key Responsibilities

• Answer and resolve inbound client inquiries efficiently, politely, and with professionalism.
• Provide support for account maintenance, check and wire disbursements, and sensitive issues like deceased account transitions.
• Assist internal brokers with customer service needs.
• Handle escalated or upset customers with calm and confidence.
• Learn and assist with brokerage operations—training provided!

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; knowledge in accounting or finance is a plus.
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service or call center support; financial services experience is a bonus.
• Entry-level candidates welcome—bring your drive and we’ll train the rest!
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented with a flexible, positive attitude.

📘 Preferred but Not Required

• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) or FINRA Series 7 License—We will sponsor!
• Experience in brokerage operations or financial call centers.
