As a  Part-Time Design Specialist , you’ll combine your passion for interiors with strong customer service and sales support to guide clients toward personalized, beautiful solutions.

 

Whether it’s styling a single room or creating a cohesive whole-home look, your role is to help customers feel confident in their choices—and support them through the purchase process.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Client Collaboration
• Design, Sales, and Product Guidance
• Must be able to stand long periods of time, walk throughout your whole shift and lift up to 25lbs.

Qualifications:

• A passion for design and home styling.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer and tablets comfort for sales and order entry.
• Availability to work weekends and at least two weekdays.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.  

Education/Work Experience Required:

• 1-3 years in retail, design, or customer service
• Familiarity with interior design concepts, furniture styles, space planning, and visual presentation tools.
• Degree or course work in interior design is a plus but not required.
