Design Delivery Architect, Multi-Sector (Revit)

Pay: $105,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

We are looking for a seasoned architect who can run multiple projects end-to-end while advancing sustainable, community-minded design. Your command of construction, documentation, and consultant coordination will allow our principal to step back from daily design and contract administration and focus on bringing in new work.

What you'll lead

• End-to-end project delivery: concepts, documentation, permitting, and construction administration.
• Complete drawing sets and multi-disciplinary coordination with consultants.
• Sustainable strategies integrated from early design through detailing.
• Community engagement to promote the practice and build client relationships.
• 3D studies and freehand sketching to test and communicate ideas quickly.

What you bring

• 10+ years of robust design and production experience.
• Experience across varied project types: Industrial; Retail and Restaurants; Entertainment; Preservation and Adaptive Reuse; Religious; and some Educational. We also take on limited Residential where we can make a meaningful contribution.
• Licensed architect or actively pursuing licensure.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture.
• Revit proficiency and the ability to review and mark up projects for final release.
• Excellent communication with clients, consultants, and colleagues.
• Capability across all phases—from Concept through Construction Administration.
• Forward-looking, positive approach with clients and staff.

Compensation & benefits

• Salary: $105,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year.
• 80 hours of PTO for the first three years and 120 hours of PTO after three years.

Project and tech environment

• Revit-centered delivery; 3D Modeling (AutoCAD, NX CAD (Siemens)).
• ERP Software for project operations.
• Freehand sketching and quick 3D are encouraged and supported.
