The perioperative services department is a critical cornerstone of this large regional hospital, which features approximately 15+ state of the art operating rooms within a 400+ bed acute care setting supporting a wide range of surgical specialties and high acuity cases. The RN Director of Perioperative Services will oversee preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative areas, ensuring seamless coordination, superior patient safety, operational efficiency, and consistently excellent surgical outcomes.
The Nurse Director of Perioperative Services will report to an experienced executive nursing leader and be supported by a strong leadership structure, including clinical managers, charge nurses, educators, coordinators, and a highly engaged team of frontline professionals.
