Job Summary :
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Director of Finance to lead all financial operations for a new luxury hotel that includes integrated HOA and club management components. This role will be instrumental in establishing financial systems and controls pre-opening and providing comprehensive fiscal leadership post-opening.
The Director of Finance will oversee all aspects of accounting, budgeting, compliance, reporting, and HOA financial management, while partnering closely with ownership, the General Manager, department heads, and the HOA Board to ensure operational and fiscal success.

The expected pay range is $125,000 - $135,000 + annual bonus. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
