**Machine Operator 20-21/hr Start Asap Overtime Available** **If interested, please apply then text Madelyn: 513-229-2034**** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in a dynamic and technically advanced environment. The position involves setting up and operating electro-discharge machines to produce high-quality turbine engine aerospace parts. The role requires a strong focus on quality and efficiency, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and fix defects in machinery. **Responsibilities** + Load and set up parts in the machine and inspect them for quality. + Operate both conventional and 5-axis EDM machines, which may be water-based, oil-based, or wire EDMs. + Perform quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges. + Interpret blueprints and drawings accurately. + Troubleshoot and fix defects with the machinery. + Prepare various logs and records to document machine operation and daily production. + Set up and switch jobs as required, with training provided. + Maintain an efficiency of more than 98% on a daily basis. **Essential Skills** + Basic computer skills. + Mechanical aptitude. + Experience with CNC or other metal machine operation. + Proficiency in using micrometers, calipers, and other measurement devices. + High School Diploma or GED. + Ability to read and write English. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, OH. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
