Enrolled Agent (EA) Benefits For Our Team: • Job Type: Full-time • Pay: Up to $80,000 annually • Health (with 100% employer contribution toward employee’s premium). • Dental • Vision • Life • Short and Long Term Disability • 401(k) (3% Safe Harbor) immediate, fully vested, and nonforfeitable interest in your Elective Deferral Account • Paid Time Off • Fully Remote work structure Responsibilities: About the Role: • Prepare individual, corporate (S corp and C corp), partnership, estate, trust, fiduciary, and exempt organization tax returns. • Ensure tax returns are prepared in accordance with the latest tax laws and IRS regulations. • Work with clients and the IRS on setting up payment plans. • Communicate with the IRS on behalf of clients to resolve problems. Qualifications: About You: • Must have your PTIN and Federal EA authorization. • Strong tax preparation and detailed review experience. • In-depth knowledge and experience of tax concepts related to individuals, corporations, and partnerships, with a willingness to continue your tax knowledge growth. • Tax research skills. • Proficient with tax preparation systems - we will train you in CCH Axcess. • Heightened ability to problem solve. • Team mentality.
