Job Description

We’re looking for a full-time inside sales representative to join our growing team! You’ll convert pre-qualified leads into new customers and turn existing clients into repeat business. • Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again
• Upsell our premium products to close the best deal possible
• Assess the sales team’s progress toward company customer acquisition goals by creating quarterly and monthly sales reports
• Meet with prospects and convert them into new clients and ensure their needs are met
• Maintain the customer database with updated information on past, current, and potential clients

Primarily, the employee must enjoy interacting with customers and making sales. Additional requirements include:

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks or projects
• High level of attention to detail and follow-through
• Must be cooperative and helpful
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality
• An ability to grasp construction concepts
• Must be a team player
• Must be able to add and subtract fractions as well as other basic math functions
• Must have a strong desire to learn
• Can work under pressure and be flexible to changing conditions
• Must be able to demonstrate a high sense of urgency

Qualifications:

• Understands the sales process and how to use CRM software
• High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least one year of experience as a sales representative
• Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills
• Sales experience is preferred but not required
• Construction and retail experience is preferred but not required

• All candidates shall be tested for job fit as well as for basic math competency
