Description of the role: The ER Nurse Nights at Mission Community Hospital in Panorama City, CA plays a crucial role in providing efficient and high-quality healthcare services to patients in the emergency department during night shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in emergency situations
- Assess patients’ conditions and prioritize care based on urgency
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state of California
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency department setting
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
