As an Event Promotions Assistant , you’ll work alongside experienced Event Coordinators and Marketing Leads to help bring top brands to life at live events, retail activations, and community outreach programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent client brands at events, pop-ups, and community promotions
Engage with customers, answer questions, and share brand knowledge after training
Conduct product demonstrations, samples, and giveaways to encourage participation
Assist customers with event registrations, sign-ups, and orders
Track event performance, customer feedback, and engagement metrics
Help maintain a positive and professional environment during every event
