Bookkeeper
We’re looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our team. If you’re confident with QuickBooks and comfortable handling a variety of bookkeeping tasks, you’ll fit right in. We offer both full-time and part-time positions.
**Responsibilities**
• Keep financial records accurate and up to date using QuickBooks
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other reports
• Process accounts payable and receivable, including billing and collections
• Handle accounting setups, cleanups, catch-up work, and account reconciliations
• Assist in preparing financial statements and budgets
• Keep financial files and documents organized
• Make sure all work follows proper accounting principles and guidelines
**Qualifications**
• **MUST HAVE 5+ years bookkeeping experience, including QuickBooks**
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Comfortable managing several tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with others
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel and Word
