We're looking for a skilled Sushi Chef to join the sushi bar at our new Izakaya-style restaurant. Join us in creating innovative and artfully crafted sushi in a vibrant, social setting.

What You'll Do:

• Craft Exceptional Sushi : With precision and creativity, you can create a wide range of sushi, sashimi, and specialty rolls, ensuring each dish is a work of art.
• Menu Innovation : Collaborate on menu development to introduce exciting new flavors while honoring traditional sushi-making techniques.
• Quality Control : Source the freshest fish and ingredients to maintain the highest standards of quality and taste.
• Lead & Inspire : Manage and mentor a team of junior sushi chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a culture of learning and passion for sushi.
• Guest Interaction : Enhance guest satisfaction by providing an engaging and educational experience at the sushi bar.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven Experience : Extensive experience as a Sushi Chef with a solid track record in high-volume sushi restaurants.
• Skill and Precision : Exceptional knife skills and a deep understanding of sushi preparation and presentation.
• Creativity & Passion : A creative culinary mind with a passion for sushi and Japanese cuisine.
• Leadership Abilities : Experience leading a team with strong coaching and mentoring skills.
• Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
