Position Summary:
Seeking a Generalist Medical Technologist with comprehensive experience across core laboratory disciplines to contribute to a fast-paced acute care hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic testing in chemistry, hematology, coagulation, and immunology.
Accurately validate, interpret, and report laboratory results.
Troubleshoot and maintain laboratory instruments and analyzers.
Adhere to laboratory protocols, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance standards.
Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and clinical teams to support patient care.
Qualifications:
Active Florida Medical Technologist License (required).
Minimum 1 year of general hospital-based laboratory experience (acute care preferred).
Strong understanding of core lab disciplines and instrumentation.
No employment gaps exceeding 1 year.
