A Day in the Life of:

As a member of our team, you will be assisting the project manager in providing professional, complete oversight of the Defense Supply Center Richmond, Grounds Maintenance contract.

Your people skills will come in handy as the leader of the crew and will help you to maintain a fantastic professional relationship with your fellow SOAR365 team members.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assists in creating, developing, and implementing work schedules to provide timely completion of assigned tasks with high quality and standard cost.
• Assists Project Manager (PM) with monitoring and controlling expenses.
• Assists Project Manager with documentation and completion of employee accommodation sheets.
• Assists in overall supervision and training of work force to ensure compliance with PWS and quality standards. Ensures all policies and procedures are being followed by staff.
• Works closely with Crew Leaders to monitor and track issues and unusual situations.
• Responsible for all aspects of landscaping equipment and supplies to include requisitions, inventory, and assigning. Communicates equipment and supply needs with PM.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school graduate; College degree preferred.
• Five years management or supervisory experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, and horticulture.
• Valid Virginia Driver's License
• Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new skills based on latest technology.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
