Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: $17.00–$20.00 , based on experience.
• Full-Time Role.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain landscape beds through weeding, pruning, and mulching.
• Keep sidewalks, walkways, and public spaces clean and debris-free.
• Perform light janitorial duties (restrooms, offices, trash removal).
• Wipe down and maintain benches, tables, chairs, and bike racks.
• Support event prep and clean-up (e.g., festivals, parades).
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to high quality standards.
• Use and maintain landscaping equipment with care.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of landscaping or janitorial experience preferred , but we’ll train the right person.
• Ability to work independently with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work outdoors.
• Attention to detail and pride in keeping areas clean and well-maintained.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Working Conditions:

• Outdoor work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
• Physical tasks such as bending, lifting, sweeping, and shoveling.
• Extended hours during peak seasons or special events.
