Bianca is a restaurant with a bakery offering a menu influenced by the owners’ roots – Italian, Argentinean, French. Work alongside Gianni Vietina of Madeo Ristorante and Federico Fernandez of the Four Seasons at their restaurant, acclaimed by LA Times and named as one of the top restauarants in Los Angeles by Angeleno, Gayot and others.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to…
- Warmly greet all guests upon arrival
- Politely manage walk-ins and waiting guest parties
- Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
- Be able to answer phones
- Communicate clearly & proactively with other staff to ensure a smooth guest experience
- Assist other FOH staff when needed
- Understand and comply with all CDC and city guidelines regarding sanitary & safety procedures
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be available on weekends
- Must have hosting experience in fine dining establishments for at least 1-2 years
Rate depending on experience.
