Plant HR Manager – Food & Beverage Manufacturing
We’re looking for an experienced Plant HR Manager to lead HR at a high-volume food manufacturing site. This role is perfect for someone with strong union experience who can guide teams through transformation, build trust, and drive a positive culture.
What You’ll Do:
Lead a team of 5 HR professionals
Support plant transformation while ensuring HR consistency and compliance
Partner with union leaders and plant management to maintain strong labor relations
Strengthen communication, accountability, and engagement across the workforce
Deliver clear HR metrics and insights to plant and corporate leadership
Support LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives
What You’ll Bring:
5+ years of HR leadership in a unionized CPG or food manufacturing plant
Proven success working with unions and managing labor relations
Ability to stabilize, develop, and motivate teams during change
Confident reporting HR results to senior leadership
LEAN/CI background preferred
Bachelors Degree
