About job:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Coordinator to support internal marketing coordination and brand-related administrative activities at our Dallas location. This role is ideal for an entry-level professional looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing operations, client support, and cross-department coordination within a fast-paced logistics environment.
Responsibilities
* Assist in coordinating marketing projects and internal initiatives that support company services and brand consistency.
* Support the preparation and organization of marketing materials, documents, and internal resources.
* Maintain accurate marketing records, files, and project documentation.
* Coordinate schedules, meetings, and timelines related to marketing and business development activities.
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Basic computer proficiency, including email, document management, and data entry.
* Clear written and verbal communication skills.
