Legal Assistant – Private Client (Naples Office)
Our client, a national law firm, is seeking a legal assistant for their Naples office. This role supports attorneys in trusts and estates matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Support attorneys and paralegals in the Private Client group
Prepare, revise, and manage estate planning and legal documents
Draft and e-file court pleadings; manage deadlines and calendars
Assist with client communication and attend meetings as needed
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and document assembly/distribution
Manage file openings/closings and support billing processes
Enter, review, and correct time entries accurately and promptly
Qualifications:
2+ years of legal assistant experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal document preparation
Strong grammar, writing, and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality
