Manual Machinist – Precision Manufacturing Opportunity (Bridgeport Expertise Required)

Job Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
• Set up and operate manual machine tools, with a focus on Bridgeport milling machines, as well as lathes and grinders, to produce precision parts
• Utilize your Bridgeport expertise to fine-tune machine settings and optimize performance
• Measure and inspect components using precision instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers) to ensure strict adherence to specifications
• Perform routine maintenance on Bridgeport and other manual machines to ensure consistent performance
• Troubleshoot and adjust machine operations to meet production goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and enhance overall product quality
