Oral Surgeon – High-Earning Opportunity with Community Impact | Rolla, MO
A well-established healthcare organization in Rolla, Missouri is seeking a dedicated Oral Surgeon to join its expanding team. This full-time role is focused on providing medically necessary surgical dental services to a Medicaid-based patient population in a supportive, mission-driven setting.
This is an ideal position for a provider who is passionate about access to care and looking for a meaningful opportunity outside of the elective cosmetic space. You’ll perform a broad range of procedures in a modern facility alongside a collaborative dental and medical team.
Position Highlights
– Location: Rolla, MO
– Full-scope oral surgery including extractions, implant placement, and minor surgical interventions
– Diagnose and treat conditions of the mouth, teeth, jaws, and face using advanced diagnostic tools
– Administer anesthesia and provide patient education on oral health and post-operative care
– Requires completion of an oral surgery residency program
Compensation & Benefits
– Annual salary: $715,000–$725,000
– Monthly performance-based incentive bonuses
