Outbound Loss Prevention Representative (Collections) Location Albuquerque, NM (Alameda N Valley area) :

As an Outbound Loss Prevention Rep, you'll help to improve the financial well-being of each member you serve by:

• Contributing to the credit union's objectives by conducting outbound calls aimed at lowering member loan delinquency.
• Display understanding of the credit union's loan payment procedures. Be able to provide information to members regarding their loan payments and delinquency.
• Provide excellent internal and external member service via multi-channel requests focusing on first contact resolution.
• Identify member needs, clarify information and provide solutions and/or alternatives by escalating to the appropriate Collector when necessary.
• Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions and forwarding requests.
• Other job duties as assigned by management.

Experience: One month to twelve months of similar or related experience.

Education: A high school education or GED. Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Windows environment and Microsoft productivity software.

Schedule: Part-time, 20 - 25 hours per week depending on volume; Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 2:00 pm.
