Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive team in achieving their goals. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to handle a variety of tasks that facilitate the smooth running of our operations. This role requires strong communication skills, as you will be acting as a liaison between the executives and various stakeholders, both internal and external.
Pay Range
$1050 - $1350 weekly
Responsibilities
Manage executives' calendars and schedule appointments efficiently.
Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain an organized filing system and ensure all important documents are easily accessible.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
