Tasks include:Appointment and schedule keeping, running and doing errands personal and professional, travel scheduling, book keeping, good computer skills (e-mail, scheduling, typing, presentations), bi-lingual language skills in Mandarin and English a must third language preferable, managing office or household, organizing meetings and parties, event planning and traveling, office tasks and making sure everything is lined out and running smoothly to give the VP peace of mind. The PA /EA needs to have strong written and verbal skills, presentable appearance and in very good health, Diploma needed and 3 years as a personal assistant or executive administrative assistant. Must be very organized and focus on details.Need to be able to work flexible schedule with or little of no notice. Need to be computer literate, excel, outlook and word are a must. Must be willing to travel on very short notice.
