Job Title: Professional Land Surveyor Job Description We are seeking experienced Professional Land Surveyors (PLS) for remote roles licensed in at least one of the following states: Washington, Oregon, or Idaho. As a Professional Land Surveyor, you will manage construction survey projects, prepare ALTA/NSPS surveys, legal descriptions, boundary adjustments, and more. This role offers a starting salary of $120,000+ depending on experience, along with full benefits. Responsibilities + Manage construction survey projects. + Prepare ALTA/NSPS surveys. + Draft legal descriptions and boundary adjustments. + Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date. Essential Skills + Proficiency in civil 3d. + At least 5 years of experience in professional land surveying. + Experience in construction project management, ALTA surveys, boundary adjustments, and legal exhibits. + Licensed in Washington, Oregon, or Idaho. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Proficiency in CAD is a plus. + Strong communication and documentation skills. + Clean driving record. + Must pass post-offer drug test. Work Environment The position offers flexibility with the option to work fully remote, fully in person, or in a hybrid model, depending on the candidate's preference. The work environment is collaborative and digital, with support from offices in Washington and Oregon. Ideal for self-driven professionals seeking autonomy and stability, you will join a team of about 34 surveyors located across the state. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Portland, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr. 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage.
