We are hiring a Residential Service Plumber!

$85,000–$100,000/year + tips | Paid weekly | Company vehicle provided

Goodsmith is a full-time home repair company serving high-end homeowners who expect precision, professionalism, and a no-drama experience. We’re hiring a licensed, experienced Residential Service Plumber to join our field team in delivering top-tier work—no selling required. Just show up and do it right.

A Journeyman Licensed Plumber is preferred, but not required. No Selling Required! Just show up and do great work for your customers.

Goodsmith will provide:

• Full-time W2 position with weekly pay
• Company vehicle , tools, and uniforms
• Monday–Friday schedule, 7:30am–5:00pm
• Weekends off , except for paid emergency calls
• Paid time off (up to 10 days per year)
• Paid holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving, July 4th, etc.)
• Optional health and dental coverage
• 70%+ of work is indoors

Daily responsibilities include:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot repair, and install residential plumbing systems
• Source and secure materials needed for each job
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and teammates
• Log job notes and photos
• Arrive on time, in uniform, and prepared every day
• Keep your vehicle and job sites clean, safe, and organized
• Deliver top-tier customer service at every visit

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience in residential homes
• Active Texas Journeyman Plumber License
• Comfortable communicating directly with homeowners
• Willing to be on a rotating emergency call schedule
• Able to pass a background check and drug test
• Physically able to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors
