Job Description

This position requires a competent Nurse with independent practice in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals. The Nurse assesses, diagnoses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care, addressing psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring effects, documenting care, and educating patients and families.

• Preferred BSN and at least 1 year of related experience, with current RN license and BLS certification. ACLS is required within 30 days of hire.
• New hires must attend orientation and complete competency validations. Experience in critical care is preferred but new graduates are considered.
• Work schedule is 7 AM - 7 PM, with per diem as needed. Certifications have specified grace periods based on experience.
