Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Event Planner is responsible for planning and executing training events, promotional experiences, and internal and external learning programs that enhance customer experience and drive sales engagement. The ideal candidate is a great communicator who can simplify complex information while organizing and managing all aspects of an event.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for B2B events, including travel, lodging, catering, entertainment, and scheduling.
  • Oversee B2B promotional contests, including planning, logistics, and on-site coordination.
  • Facilitate and gain insight from B2B Roundtable discussions with Case IH, Case CE, and New Holland dealers and internal teams.
  • Plan and adjust facility tour routes and coordinate floor speakers and tour guides for the training tours.
  • Manage all aspects of RDAC (Reman Dealer Advisory Council) meetings—two virtual and one in-person—by planning, outlining, and collaborating with travel agents, hotel and venue staff, entertainment venues, shuttle companies, and dealer contacts.
  • Schedule internal training events, dealer meetings, and contests in alignment with company initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Content Specialist and vendors to develop internal and dealer-facing training videos.
  • Create outlines and content for web-based training modules; collaborate with developers and CNH Corporate for implementation and updates.
  • Organize and manage appreciation events to maintain engagement with internal participants.
  • Ensure seamless customer experience during training events and coordinate post-event follow-up where needed.
  • Track and analyze event KPIs and ROI metrics to inform future improvements and influence marketing strategy.
  • Support execution of 10–15 training events annually, coordinate bi-annual dealer contests, and manage up to 3,000 dealer and internal participants across live and virtual training initiatives .
Impact and Communication:

  • Enhance training program effectiveness through coordination of high-quality logistics.
  • Improve customer satisfaction and dealer engagement through seamless event execution.
  • Increase internal and dealer training adoption rates through timely delivery and creative support.
  • Increase the attending dealers' buy-in scores through effective sales training.
  • Regular communication with CNH Reman Marketing Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing, General Manager, Product Managers, internal training staff, dealers, external vendors, travel agents, and hospitality contacts.
  • Influence and coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth event execution and training delivery.
Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in event coordination, training logistics, or marketing support.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Agriculture, or related field required.
  • Strong planning and project management skills; experience coordinating multiple events and training projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with video production, photography, web-based training tools, and content writing is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to keep a calm demeanor during stressful situations.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with CRMs and project management software.
