Job Summary:
The Tools Administrator will support the continuous improvement and management of Seven Rooms' GTM technology ecosystem, including Salesforce and related tools. This role partners with Revenue Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain best practices, improve user experiences, and implement scalable solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user processes and priorities, creating scalable solutions.
- Audit and manage Salesforce fundamentals, including security models, sandbox environments, workflow automation, reports, dashboards, and page layouts, with a focus on reducing technical debt.
- Maintain Gainsight (CSP) configurations, integrations, and related data infrastructure.
- Oversee user provisioning across the full GTM tech stack, support tool configurations, resolve technical issues, and answer user questions.
- Assist Revenue Operations and stakeholders with technical solutions during project scoping, requirements gathering, design, and testing.
- Ensure data integrity by monitoring standards for record maintenance, duplicate rule creation, and de-duplication processes.
- Create and maintain documentation supporting user stories and technical deployments.
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration experience.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Admin certification (Advanced Admin and Developer certifications a plus).
- Experience configuring and managing a CSP (Gainsight) and its integration with Salesforce.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodology.
- Experience with DevOps and release management best practices.
- Comfortable collaborating with offshore teams or consultants.
Preferred Skills:
- Additional admin experience with tools such as JIRA, Outreach, Marketo, Gong, Chili Piper, DocuSign/DocuSign Gen, ZoomInfo, RingLead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
