  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, risk registers, and communication strategies to monitor progress and resolve issues.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams including Salesforce developers, administrators, QA analysts, and business analysts.

  • Monitor project KPIs and conduct post-implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience managing Salesforce projects or CRM implementations.
  • Demonstrated experience in cannabis industry systems, such as licensing, regulatory compliance, or seed-to-sale tracking platforms.
  • Proven experience in grant management solutions, including funding workflows, compliance tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities including declarative tools, automation, and AppExchange integrations.
  • Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong ability to translate complex business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI-ACP
