Salary: $65,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• I will need you to design, build, and enhance Salesforce workflows and data structures tailored specifically to our processes at Callagy Recovery.
• You will be responsible for architecting integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as GoHighLevel, Google Sheets, and other vital tools.
• Your role includes developing advanced flows, triggers, and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators and monitor critical metrics in real time.
• It will be necessary to maintain database integrity by auditing and cleaning records to ensure accuracy.
• You will create leadership dashboards that provide insights into recovery cases, stage progression, conversion rates, revenue generation per case, and overall productivity.
• I expect you to build automated reporting systems that consolidate data across platforms, providing actionable insights rather than just spreadsheets.
• You’ll integrate Salesforce with GoHighLevel for sales tracking and ensure efficient mapping of data for case and revenue tracking.
• Training and empowering team members to effectively utilize built systems will be part of your duties, along with simplifying technology for better usability.
• You will also develop standard operating procedures and training materials for internal users.
• Finally, you will be responsible for owning the accuracy of metrics that reflect the true performance of Callagy Recovery and continuously seek ways to improve operations and decision-making processes.
