As a Scrum Master at Tek Spikes, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our development teams to deliver high-quality software projects in a collaborative agile environment. You will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, remove obstacles, and coach team members on Scrum principles to ensure continuous improvement and productivity. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification required.
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and understanding of Agile principles.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills with proven experience leading teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is preferred.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in scaling Agile practices in larger organizations is a plus.
- Knowledge of other methodologies like Kanban or Lean is beneficial.
