Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: Erie, PA ( Onsite – Local Candidates Only )

Project Duration: 11 Months

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master for an onsite, long-term project in Erie, PA . This position is open to local candidates only and requires hands-on experience leading Agile teams in a collaborative, in-person environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, coaching, and Agile delivery expertise to support large-scale initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies

  • Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement

  • Remove impediments and manage risks to ensure sprint success

  • Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog

  • Lead and support large-scale projects using Scrum and other Agile frameworks

  • Track and report Agile metrics, velocity, and delivery progress

  • Promote best development practices across teams and work environments

  • Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning

Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience as an Agile Scrum Master and/or Agile Product Owner

  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks

  • Experience in Agile project management

  • Proven experience leading large-scale Scrum projects

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and facilitation skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in an onsite setting

Certifications (Preferred)
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

  • Certified SAFe Agilist (SA)

  • Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)

  • ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP)

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS)

  • Experience in in-house tool development using Agile Scrum

  • Background in software development and/or software testing

  • Experience in Software Process Quality Assurance (SPQA)
