We are seeking an exceptionally talented, driven, and fast-moving Senior Designer to join us in defining the future of human + AI collaborative care models. As one of our early design hires, you will have significant ownership over the user experience and visual direction of our product and brand, with the opportunity to shape the future of our design organization.
The ideal candidate would be able to work from our office in New York, but we are open to strong candidates who are remote.
We are also open to part-time or contract designers for strong candidates.
Lead the design of user-facing features for our AI-powered medical advising platform, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across both mobile and web interfaces.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical teams to translate complex healthcare workflows into user-friendly interfaces.
Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and gather feedback
Prototype designs for new experimental features for fast iteration
Define the visual identity and design language of our product and brand
5+ years of design experience, ideally in fast-moving startups or high-growth environments.
Experience designing consumer-facing products on both mobile and web interfaces
Opinionated about design quality and passionate about continuously improving both your own skills and the team’s processes.
