Responsibilities Focus on the product operations for creator marketplace with a focus on creators and agencies. Define the creator growth strategy, breaking down key metrics and initiatives to strengthen creator payout (creator monetization). Develop creator growth and full-lifecycle operational systems with a deep understanding of short video content ecosystems. Manage rapid and sustainable development of creator scale and quality. Partner with talent agencies and creator marketing agencies to onboard and incubate creators at scale. Work closely with Product and Algorithm teams to influence product development on creator marketing solutions and management tools. Analyze information obtained from management to conceptualize and define operational problems. Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Building and streamlining processes and workflows using project management tools; tracking project status and milestones; and coordinating cross-functional alignment to ensure timely execution of deliverables; Managing projects involving cross-functional stakeholders to formulate workplans, drive alignment, coordinate collaboration, and deliver strategic business outcomes; Interfacing directly with business leaders and stakeholders to present product or project documents, including strategy, timeline, and status documents; Conducting market research through primary and secondary sources including reports, surveys, and expert interviews to generate business insights and plan future strategy; and Using SQL to query on large data sets. Travel Requirement: Domestic travel required up to 10%.
