Sweater Designer Needed in ShanghaiAbout us:Shanghai jingze was established in 2005 and is a prominent fashion knitwear supplier to the european high street,providing Primark,zara and penneys to name a few.Focusing on fashionable kniewear,shanghai jingze has a wide range of capabilities form a variety of gauges,stitches and fancy yarns.innovation quality and design are amongest several qualities shanghai jingze provides.An experienced merchandising team provide timely deliveries and excellent communicationCompany owner and general manager,Holly,has over 15 years experience in the knitwear industry including 5 years in Bangladesh with a large knitwear supplier specialising in factory production and garment technology.Now we’re looking for a foreign sweater Designer, to work with us in Shanghai, to help us to design better SweatersJob Title: Sweater DesignerOffice: Xinzhuang, Minghang District, Shanghai, ChinaJob Responsibilities:1) product design and development - according to the requirement of the customer's products, and combined with the fashion trends, and to finish the product development work on time 2) take part in the quarterly product structure planning, formulation and perfection - including the selection of styles, colors, materials and yarn3) product design and development, to launch a new model every month according to the company’s requirement, and to cooperate with the business department and purchasing department closely, for the promotion the new style sweater4) to complete the sampling and confirmation of the sample work in the specified time; to control the cost of the sample strictly5) related market research, analysis and summary, and to collecte and integrate the current popular informationSalary and welfare related:Salary: monthly salary + annual bonus according to your ability and achievementWelfare: paid holiday, birthday gifts, travel once a year, related allowance, medical examination, etc.holiday: first year 7 days (paid holiday) increase one day each from 2nd year, but not more than 12 daysBest regardsHR
