Overview:Are you a recruiter who connects people, data, and technology to drive results? CSC ServiceWorks is looking for a Talent Advisor Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting while optimizing our talent acquisition systems and processes. You’ll manage searches for both hourly and salaried roles, streamline workflows, and turn insights into action to enhance efficiency and experience. In this role, you’ll partner with hiring leaders, ensure data accuracy, and help shape a best-in-class recruiting function.
