Overview:

Are you a recruiter who connects people, data, and technology to drive results? CSC ServiceWorks is looking for a Talent Advisor Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting while optimizing our talent acquisition systems and processes. You’ll manage searches for both hourly and salaried roles, streamline workflows, and turn insights into action to enhance efficiency and experience. In this role, you’ll partner with hiring leaders, ensure data accuracy, and help shape a best-in-class recruiting function. As a CSC Talent Advisor you're primary responsibility for partnering with the organization’s leaders to support and deliver upon the recruitment strategy.

Position Duties:

  • Build upon and develop recruitment process and strategy
  • Develop and execute hourly and salaried level searches via direct and indirect outreach efforts. Lead and conduct searches at all levels
  • Work closely with CSC leaders and hiring managers in developing an understanding of their current and future hiring needs
  • Generate hard to find leads and potential candidates to recruiters through recruiting and networking/cold calling
  • Identify sources and channels to surface qualified candidates for active requisitions.
  • Track intel and research (name gen) for future needs
  • Develop and maintain extensive and effective network of professional associations within the industry to ensure a continuous flow of candidates.
  • Leverage all resources, including professional networking tools, and apply advanced internet mining techniques to source candidates
  • Manage external search firm relationships
  • Report market intelligence and trends, both national and international, as appropriate

What we’re looking for:

 

  • College degree or 2+ years recruiting experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with ability to communicate and influence effectively with peer group, clients, as well as candidates
  • Displays a high level of energy, creativity, and independent thinking
  • Provide consistent and specific measurable results. Fosters a culture of accountability.
  • Works efficiently using resources and processes to ensure productivity.
  • Understands and follows HR guidelines and principles as they pertain to recruiting and hiring
  • Ability to support multi-site and geographically dispersed facilities
  • Proficiency in candidate development techniques and ability to source creatively
  • Superior sense of urgency with demonstrated ability to deliver results
  • Superior communication skills: in both written documents and presentations
