We're looking for a driven and goal-oriented Talent Sourcer to actively communicate with the sales practice team and to have the ability to prioritize team tasks. Qualified candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as you will be actively speaking to and emailing and interviewing potential candidates for agency representation. Once you find the right candidate, you’ll feel rewarded and accomplished for helping them achieve their career goals!

What You’ll Do

  • Be the first connection for candidates through different channels such as emails, LinkedIn, and direct calls introducing them to career-changing opportunities
  • Use LinkedIn, job boards like ZipRecruiter, Booleans and AI-driven tools to find and engage with top talent
  • Build genuine relationships, listen to candidates’ goals, and act as their career advocate
  • Write and manage compelling job postings and outreach messages that stand out

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-2+ years of experience in talent sourcing for professional roles within Accounting, Technology, Engineering, Legal, Operations or Marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a people-first mindset
  • Curiosity, drive, and the motivation to grow in a professional setting
  • Interest in technology, AI tools, and how they can shape the recruiting process
  • A team player who thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment
  • Must be currently residing in the Central or Mountain time zones to be considered
