Job Description:

We are seeking a Product Manager I to join the Technology & Operations (Commerce Operations) team supporting global streaming and digital initiatives. This role is critical in executing pricing, promotions, and packaging changes across major direct-to-consumer (D2C) streaming platforms.

The Product Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Regional Operations to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of digital commerce solutions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment that bridges technology and business operations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. Project & Program Execution

• Support planning and execution of pricing updates, content packaging adjustments, and market-specific commerce initiatives.

• Manage project timelines, tasks, and dependencies across internal and regional stakeholders.

• Assist with market launches, promotions, and subscription lifecycle campaigns.

2. Commerce Platform Management

• Operate internal tools to configure pricing plans, offers, and entitlements across digital platforms.

• Support configuration and QA testing for in-app purchase (IAP) products across partner platforms (Apple, Google, Amazon, Roku, Samsung, Vizio).

3. Operational Excellence

• Perform regular data accuracy checks for pricing and content across platforms.

• Identify and escalate commerce or system issues in coordination with Engineering and Customer Support.

• Document and enhance operational workflows, SOPs, and knowledge-sharing processes.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with regional teams across EMEA and APAC to ensure market readiness and alignment.

• Communicate project updates and business impacts to key stakeholders.

• Ensure all deliverables comply with business, legal, and technical requirements.

Must Haves (Required Qualifications):

• 1 years of experience in product management, program coordination, or operations.

• Strong ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.

• Experience creating project documentation and tracking deliverables across multiple stakeholders.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Experience with Jira and Confluence (or similar project management tools) preferred.

Nice to Haves (Preferred Skills):

• Familiarity with digital commerce, subscription services, or streaming platforms.

• Experience with digital content management systems or in-app purchase (IAP) configuration.

• Background in media, entertainment, or consumer technology industries.

• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data-driven projects.

• Prior experience in multi-region or global product environments.
