Key Responsibilities :

1. Client Engagement : Contact potential clients to understand their insurance needs and present suitable life insurance options.
2. Education and Guidance : Educate clients on the benefits and features of various life insurance policies, simplifying complex insurance concepts.
3. Personalized Recommendations : Provide customized advice and recommendations to help clients make informed decisions about their life insurance needs.
4. Quote Preparation : Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients, clearly explaining coverage, terms, and conditions.
5. Expand Client Base : Actively work to expand your customer base and meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Requirements :

• Excellent Communication Skills : Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, building lasting relationships.
• Persuasive and Negotiation Skills : Capable of influencing and persuading clients to make decisions that best suit their needs.
• Self-Motivated & Target-Driven : A passion for sales with the ability to stay motivated and meet goals.
• Insurance Knowledge : Basic knowledge of life insurance products, policies, and regulations is preferred (training is available for the right candidate).
• Simplified Explanation : Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a simple, clear, and approachable manner.
